Returns & Refund Policy

At Onyx Tee Shop, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Items that show signs of wear, washing, use, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by Onyx Tee Shop.

Non-Defective Items

Because our products are made-to-order as part of our eco-conscious commitment, we are unable to offer cash refunds for non-defective items.

For eligible non-defective returns:

  • Items must meet the condition requirements listed above

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Once received and approved, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used toward any future purchase on OnyxTee.shop. 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds and store credits are issued after returned items are received and inspected

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once merchandise is received

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, including select limited-edition or clearance items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
